Welcome to the Briarwood Estates!
Our neighborhood is located south of Interstate 12 off of Airline Highway. We have an active Homeowners Association with a variety of volunteer committees that help make Briarwood Estates a great place to live. Briarwood Estates Resident's Association (BERA) is a non-profit organization incorporated in 1988. All residents are encouraged to participate in BERA activities, especially by serving on the board or various committees.
BERA's by-laws states that its purpose is to "ensure maintenance of the integrity of the single-family residential character for the area represented and improve the overall appearance, security, and quality of life enjoyed therein..."
