On behalf of the residents of Briarwood Estates Subdivision, I would like to welcome you to Briarwood Estates. It is our hope that you will come to enjoy living in your new subdivision as much as we do. It’s a great place to live; the neighbors are friendly and eager to make you feel welcome.

The Briarwood Estates Residents’ Association (BERA) elects a Board of Directors to promote and maintain the architectural, security, and social concerns of the Briarwood Estates Residents. This year the Board consists of the following board members and committee chairs. If you would like to become active, please contact one of the board members or committees. The BERA is also looking for a Vice President.

Annual BERA Residents Fall Event

^{The BERA Board discussed an April Crawfish Boil but tabled this due to the inclement weather and lack of time to prepare the event. In lieu of this, the Board decided to host a neighborhood fall event likely in October 2026 pending resident interest. Stay tuned. Any resident that would like to be on an event planning committee please contact the BERA Board. BERA often participates in the Food Truck Events with Woodridge in the summer.}

Save Our Lake Weir Restoration 2026

The Lake Restoration Project has been completed. The lakes are full; the weir is restored and the shoreline was sloped and seeded with grass. There is a nice sitting common area for residents' use and fishing. If you have time, drive by and take a look. If you have any questions please contact Ryan Spencer, President.

Upcoming Events

St George Planning and Zoning Meetings

Wednesday, April 8th to Monday, December 21st, 6:00-7:00PM at St George Firehouse 14100 Airline Hwy

The City of St George Planning and Zoning Committee meets from 6 to 7 pm at the Firehouse on Airline on the 1st Monday of each month. Open to the public and very interesting.
